Re-create 68 Alliance Announces Their Historic Line-up of Speakersand Entertainers for the DNC Protest and Colorado’s Largest Free Music Concert!
Denver, August 11, 2008 - The Re-create 68 Alliance has announced its long awaited speaker and entertainment list for the DNC in Denver, Colorado spanning from August 23 – 28, 2008. This press release will detail the days and times for this historic speaker list and the 22 music acts that will be participating in one of Colorado’s largest free music festivals - the Festival of Democracy.
We apologize for the length of this press release, but this is in response to the hundreds of media requests we have received for this important information. The information will be listed in a daily chronological order.
Saturday, August 23:
Protest Preparations 12pm - 6 pm, Lincoln Park in front of the State Capitol. There will be a series of trainings to prepare protesters for the events of the upcoming week.
