Time For Impeachment Is Running Out and The Focus Is Already Shifting!
Posted by ed. dickau at 4:33 PMAll mankind is divided into three classes: those that are immovable, those that are movable, and those that move. –Ben Franklin-
I Am Posting This Short Piece As A Reminder, And Refresher, Because Time Is Running Out And Shortly The Focus Will Change To The Streets Of Denver And Minneapolis And To Legal Actions To Press War Crimes Charges Against Bush/Cheney etal.
That Action Will, In The Main, Be Conducted In Legal Channels Without Much Reliance On Cyber Space Activity. Though Much Of The Material In The Form Of Charges And Allegations Have Been Seen In Cyber Space, The Complete Documentation And Formulation Of Formal Legal Documents To Press The Case(s), Is Being Develop By Expert Attorneys And Rather Uncompromising Advocates.
Time Is Running Out But The Race For Justice Is No Where Near Run. The Only Incalculable Matter Remaining Is Just What Is Going To Happen If There Is A Serious Meltdown Into Civil Disorder Before The Elections.
Could Bush Be Prosecuted for War Crimes? By Jan Frel, AlterNet. Posted July 10, 2006.
Bush Should Both Stand Trial, Says Nuremberg Prosecutor
Benjamin Ferenccz, who secured convictions for 22 Nazi officers for their work in orchestrating the death squads that killed more than 1 million people, told One World both Bush should be tried for starting "aggressive" wars. .A chief prosecutor of Nazi war crimes at Nuremberg has said George W. Bush should be tried for war crimes
Which wars should be prosecuted? "Every war will lead to attacks on civilians," he said. "Crimes against humanity, destruction beyond the needs of military necessity, rape of civilians, plunder--that always happens in wartime. So my answer personally, after working for 60 years on this problem and [as someone] who hates to see all these young people get killed no matter what their nationality, is that you've got to stop using warfare as a means of settling your disputes."
