"The action I am taking is no more than a radical measure to hasten the explosion of truth and justice. I have but one passion: to enlighten those who have been kept in the dark, in the name of humanity which has suffered so much and is entitled to happiness. My fiery protest is simply the cry of my very soul. Let them dare, then, to bring me before a court of law and let the enquiry take place in broad daylight!" - Emile Zola, J'accuse! (1898) -

November 2, 2008 | If Obama wins . . .You Have To Read This Hysteria and Tell We Are Not Mentally Ill As A Nation!

ANP asked McCain supporters: If Obama is elected, what will it say about America?

Halloween-day rally for John McCain in Columbus, Ohio, ANP asked McCain supporters a simple question: If Barack Obama is elected president, what will it say about America?

So many unsocialized monsters masquerading as ordinary people. Obama is reaching out with great effort to self identified Conservatives and Republicans to build a Society that is socialized the way a dog or child is socialized, but these folk seem immune to any data that does not come from the Gang Of Pirates. If Obama does not take on the GOP and the long list of crimes they have committed and parts of society they have broken, they will try and cut him off at the knees and come back worse than ever. But if he does take them on he will have to be very brilliant or he will find civil war in the streets, with these deluded monsters as soldiers in the winger insurgency.

This says to me how uninformed many voters / citizens / people in the US are about their own representatives, and thus their electoral processes. That can only make me ask, "WHY is that so??" Something must be acting to keep them THAT far in the dark. It's just more lies being spread around. Truly a pity.

"There exists in society a very special class of persons that I have always referred to as the Believers. These are folks who have chosen to accept a certain religion, philosophy, theory, idea or notion and cling to that belief regardless of any evidence that might, for anyone else, bring it into doubt. They are the ones who encourage and support the fanatics and the frauds of any given age. No amount of evidence, no matter how strong, will bring them any enlightenment. They are the sheep who beg to be fleeced and butchered, and who will battle fiercely to preserve their right to be victimized." -- James Randi

Classic stuff from stupid, ignorant Americans. They've decided to forget what happened over the last eight years - the United States of Amnesia, as Gore Vidal once said. Lies, deceit and criminality are at the heart of the present US administration and these people are blind to this reality.

fisherhja1 2008-11-02

You all sound like typical hypocritical democrats. I bet you thought Bill Clinton was perfect. He was a corrupt liar and he looked you in the eye and lied. As far as I am concerned you cannot trust a word any of them promise - democrat or republican. Nancy P. was suppose to bring change and she has done nothing.

greenh 2008-11-02

I heard that Obama was going to force everyone to sing the national anthem in Arabic! I heard he was going to change the bank notes so they have 'In Allah We Trust" printed on them! And he's going to make each state a Soviet and institute the inaugural 5 Year Plan. Actually, it's useless; as Ton Lehrer said when Kissinger got his Peace Prize 'satire is redundant!'.

JCorliss 2008-11-02

This is news? That the GOP is using their usual lies and smear tactics? These people obviously believe the elephant sh_t coming from the right-wing... I’m really tired of the republican lies and distortions about Ayes, ACORN, and the like. By the way, trickle-down economics doesn't work-- we've had years and years of it. But the republican smear campaign goes on and people believe it. Joseph Goebels would be proud of thed gop.

ned.delaney 2008-11-02

And these are the same people who have supported one of our most corrupt administrations in history? Bush violated constitutional law to get into office to begin with, he's torn our Constitution to sheds, bankrupt the nation, and he's been responsible for the deaths of how many people in the name of democracy?! Frankly, if being a Christian is an example of supporting the GOP and embracing the present state of the nation, I want nothing of it. There's an old proverb about people who live in glass houses, and mirrors can reflect very disturbing images.

ordinary citizen 2008-11-02

It's frightening how some people could believe the lies in the emails they are being sent, for example, that Obama will change the national anthem and the flag when he is elected. People, don't let yourselves be manipulated by lies. You are good people, and you do not deserved to have your chains yanked, never mind this hard. Please, people, check your sources. The right wing campaigners are stooping to unbelievably shameful levels. It is not Christian to lie: Psalm 101:7: "He who practices deceit shall not dwell within my house; He who speaks falsehood shall not maintain his position before me." 1 Peter 2:1: "So put away all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander"

fisherhja1 2008-11-02

If this wasn't so biased you could also show some nutty wacko comment by someone supporting Obama - even more so. Most republicans are not whack jobs unlike most liberal dems. Guaranteed if Obama wins there will be NO looting. riots etc.. If McCain wins you better hold on - riots in all major cities. You can bet the racist card will be played big time. Not because he lost because people do not believe in his politics. You want to talk about nut jobs and ones that cannot hold a decent discussion of the subject just watch to View or SNL. I am still waiting for Al Baldwin to leave the country. I am sure TIna Fay will not leave the planet if Obama loses.

2ndgenimmigrant 2008-11-02

If Obama is elected, what will it say about America? We like to believe that someone other than ourselves is responsible for our situation. We vote for people that tell us that we are right and promise to punish the people that are responsible for our situation. They will do that. (read the first sentence again.)

shagrizzle 2008-11-02

Wow.. You liberals really got it figured it out, don't you. At home, sitting at your computer, criticizing the "ordinary" citizens of the world who have concerns about the future of our country. Just because these "wackos" and "zombies" have an opinion different than yours, does not necessarily mean that they are wrong. Some of them may not have all the facts, but guess what, these people are out there expressing their concerns and are taking part in the process. I bet the majority of you haven't been to any of these campaign rallies or have been active as those interviewed in the process. You people are a joke. You care about nothing but yourselves and how intelligent you sound. Intelligence doesn't equal action. You people.. always quick to judge others, but never yourselves. And guess what, no one cares about your opinions about G.W. Bush. Only history will tell what good or bad he really has done. You are all so quick to find the bad things about someone.

A few questions: If you raise taxes on the rich, their margin of profit is less (which equals less incentive to invest in more risky projects). Therefore, would they have less incentive to invest in an environment with Lower profit potential (i.e. America)? Do we really want to encourage the rich to leave the US, encourage tax havens, encourage the exodus of America by the rich? What are the implications of all of this (Capital/Ownership in America, foreign investments, US dollar value, amount of jobs, etc.)?

RE: Uhlingers comment, you need look no further than many of the comments posted below for evidence of hate. And as far as churches being channels of hate, you must be referring to the church Obama attended with Rev. Wright.

Uhlinger 2008-11-02

To my relief at least most of the comments here seem intelligent. This is the 2nd ANP video I've viewed recently and I'll say this, they can really find the nut jobs. Unfortunately, I'm from Ohio (born and raised over 40 years) and I'd have to say that there are great hordes of these people everywhere throughout the state. They basically operate from a position of fear and hate for anything different from them (especially skin color) and use the channels of hate (radio, TV, AND churches) to find the memes to repeat outwardly, in a pathetic attempt to seem reasonable and rationale, but more importantly, to help them identify each other in groups of strangers, where you can't tell from just looking at someone what lunacy is going on in their heads or behind their smiles (eg, Sarah Palin). If these people had their finger over the nuclear button in a crisis, they would simply push it saying, "Well, I know Armageddon is coming anyway." I very happily live far away from these idiots

The apparent quandary is the opposing camps seemingly won't tolerate their candidate's loss to the other. Even though Obama looks sure to win at this point, it's likely the prevailing candidate will be greeted by intense hostility by the losing candidate's supporters. Any ensuing social unrest could be one reason the U.S. Army's 3rd Infantry Division, 1st Brigade Combat Team was ordered back from Iraq. While stateside, the battle-hardened combat brigade will become the CBRNE Consequence Management Response Force, or CCMRF (pronounced "sea-smurf"). Domestic missions might include putting down "civil unrest" and helping with "crowd control." The Posse Comitatus Act became law 1878 to prevent federal uniformed services (including the Army, Air Force, and other U.S. military forces) from performing "law and order" functions on American soil. The "Sea Smurfs" fall into this category. Whether invading foreign lands, making torture official policy, conducting illegal wiretaps.

Asperin 2008-11-02

Like Dr. Wayne said, 4 minutes of wackos, sheep, cattle, zombies, brainless pathetic cowards who vote for the destruction of America. We the people will eventually take our country back and unfortunately the only way out is the violent one.

Dr. Wayne 2008-11-02

Over 4 minutes of wackos ... my God, how ignorant.

mattstreeter 2008-11-02

Regardless of which side you support- or even if you support a third party candidate- opinion and rhetoric has got to come from some sort of intellectual thought rather than this "echo chamber" that these citizens are seen inhabiting. They expose simple minded viewpoint merely so they can feel they have ammunition, which unfortunately makes them sound ignorant, incoherent, divisive, and silly. Regardless of party or doctrine, rational thought processes need to be adhered to. Regardless of party or doctrine, rational thought and defense needs to be adhered to.

raoul116 2008-11-02

Having done battle with them for years now nothing surprises me regarding their lack of critical thinking and/or intelligence. Does it dismay me? Yes. Surprise me? Nope. Just look at their leader in the white house. A total moron who is still dangerous.
